Booth spaces will incur a $10 late fee beginning 7/16/25.
Only food vendors can sell food and beverage items.
Vendors must be setup by 12:30p on 8/16.
Please send in photos of your items or display along with an image of your logo for pre-event publicity shared across social media platforms and other event advertisements.
Limited electricity. Food vendors will have first priority. Generators for your booths or food trucks are welcome.
If reserving several booth options, please list in "Special Request" section. Also list the length of your food truck/booth size here.
No refunds will be given unless the event is cancelled.
Payment can also be made by money order. Please contact Mousetta Spann at 662-549-0492 for payments made outside of the payment site.
